Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $6.95 (Free on orders over $150)
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days - $12.95
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $24.95

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as:

• Package shows delivered but not received
• Damaged package upon arrival
• Wrong items received
• Missing items from your order

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for express shipping. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
